CANCELLATION POLICY

I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 30% of the service total. I understand that life happens and will always do my best to accommodate emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
